And now, it’s the 2025 Mahindra Thar facelift, which has become the talk of the town, as just mere hours ago, Mahindra silently launched the 2025 facelifted version of their iconic off-roader, the Thar, at an introductory price of ₹9.99L (ex-showroom).

What’s under the hood?

• The all-new updated 2025 Mahindra Thar continues to support its previous mechanical specifications with a 1.5L turbo diesel engine available with the RWD and manual transmission.
• We also get to see the same 2.0L turbo petrol engine. available in both RWD and AWD formats, combined with a manual and automatic gearbox option.

• The facelifted Mahindra Thar 2025 gets a dual-tone bumper.
• It now gets a dedicated internal switch for the fuel filler cap.
• Alloy on the tailgate-mounted spare wheel makes a comeback.
• The rear camera is now integrated into the spare wheel setup mounted on the tailgate.

• Integrated grab hadles on both A and B Pillars.
• New steering wheel, same as on the Thar Roxx and Scorpio N.
• Integrated sliding centre armrest for the driver.

• All-new 10.25-inch infotainment system taken from the Thar Roxx which which supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Also shows Gen 2 adventure stats.
