Revolt RV1 Launched: Prices Starts At Rs 84,990

Revolt Motors has launched the RV1 in India, marking its entry into the commuter segment with its latest electric vehicle. Previously, Revolt’s portfolio in the Indian market was limited to the RV400, but with the RV1, the brand has expanded its lineup. The RV1 comes in two variants: the base RV1 and the RV1 Plus. Both variants of the Revolt RV1 come equipped with an all-LED lighting setup, including headlights, tail lights, licence plate light, and turn indicators. Revolt also offers 17-inch wheels paired with 240 mm disc brakes on both the front and rear. The suspension system features telescopic forks at the front and an adjustable mono shock at the rear, ensuring a comfortable ride. With a seat height of 790 mm, the RV1 is designed for ease of use in urban conditions. It has a maximum carrying capacity of 250 kg, with the base variant weighing 108 kg and the top variant weighing 110 kg. The top speed for both the bikes is 70 km/hr. 

Battery and Range

The Revolt RV1 is powered by a 2.2 kWh detachable battery pack, delivering a claimed range of 100 km in Eco mode, 100 km in Normal mode, and 80 km in Sports mode. The RV1 Plus, on the other hand, comes with a larger 3.24 kWh detachable battery pack, offering a range of 160 km in Eco mode, 100 km in Normal mode, and 80 km in Sports mode. 

In terms of charging time, the smaller battery can be charged from 0-80% in 2 hours and 15 minutes, while the larger battery on the RV1 Plus takes around 3 hours and 30 minutes for a 0-80% charge.

Colour Options

Revolt’s new RV1 is available in a range of vibrant colour options, including Cosmic Black Red, Titan Red Silver, Black Neon Green, and Black Midnight Blue.
