Tata Motors Launches New SUVs and EVs in Sri Lanka

Tata Motors has launched the all-new Curvv, Nexon, and Punch in Sri Lanka at a starting price of LKR 8.7 million. Alongside these, Tata Motors has also introduced its electric hatchback, the Tiago.ev, marking the brand’s entry into the Sri Lankan EV market. At the launch event, Tata Motors showcased its strong electric vehicle (EV) portfolio by previewing the Punch.ev, Nexon.ev, and Curvv.ev, indicating future possibilities for their introduction in the country.

To ensure a seamless ownership experience, Tata Motors is offering a warranty of three years or 100,000 km for its ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) vehicles, while EVs will come with a three-year or 125,000 km warranty. Additionally, the high-voltage battery and motor in EVs are covered by an extended warranty of eight years or 165,000 km.

All Tata Motors vehicles in Sri Lanka will be available through DIMO, the sole authorised distributor for Tata cars in the country. DIMO has also announced free island-wide roadside assistance, along with technical support from experts trained by Tata Motors, dedicated sales consultants, and service advisers. The company has invested in advanced tools, recommended software updates, and repair manuals to ensure top-tier service quality.

With this launch, Tata Motors and DIMO aim to redefine the Sri Lankan automotive market by offering a combination of innovative technology, cutting-edge design, superior safety, and exceptional after-sales service.
